Our clients are provided with locked document security safes as well as individual desk-side collectors.
On-Site ShreddingOn a schedule, or when required, our bonded professionals pick-up your paper and transport it to our state-of-the-art Mobile Shredding Unit. All paper is treated as confidential and everything is shredded and recycled.
Bulk ShreddingDocument Security Systems provides bulk shredding services to clients with large volumes of paper to destroy, for a small fraction of what it cost to store and maintain dated material. Year end and cyclical purges of records are easily accommodated.
Low PriceOur comprehensive waste paper management system can cost only a few cents a day. The cost of the service is less than it costs to maintain in-house office shredding equipment and is much more efficient. The time consuming effort required to sort paper, remove staples, clips, binding, etc. is eliminated. Paper can be deposited in the document safes as is.
RecyclingAll your shredded paper is transported to a baling facility where it is then sent south for recycling. As a client of DSS, you can be assured that your business recycles 100% of its paper waste. DSS recording procedures and data base maintenance enables it to provide clients with detailed information on their organization’s paper management and recycling initiatives.
